Qualivis, in partnership with VHHA Shared Services, is pleased to announce a major expansion in its scope of services to help meet the critical workforce needs of health care facilities throughout Virginia, thanks to a multi-state hospital association collaborative and a new participation agreement with a growing network of staffing agencies selected through a comprehensive RFP process. In addition to supplemental staffing, Qualivis can now handle workforce needs for permanent placement, per diem, temp-to-perm, interim executives, critical and rapid response, international, and locum tenens. The change is part of a new strategic plan announced earlier this year, along with a new name and rebranding many VHHA members have come to learn about. In the coming months, Qualivis will continue to roll out more value-added services through investments in technology, staff, and programs designed to help VHHA members improve workforce quality and plan for the future. Appreciation and thanks is extended to these hospitals and health systems for supporting Association-owned and managed workforce solutions that reinvest in Virginia: Augusta Health, Bath County Community Hospital, Carilion Clinic, Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, Riverside Health System, Valley Health, VCU Health System, Vibra Hospital of Richmond, and Virginia Hospital Center. Qualivis and VHHA are pleased to support the tri-state (Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina) health care human resources conference scheduled for Aug. 29-31 in Mrytle Beach, SC.
